Woot is currently hosting a significant sale on Amazon devices, and some of the discounts are pretty impressive—like a refurbished 4K UHD Amazon Fire TVs for $199.99. If you’re more of a reader, Woot also has Kindle e-readers on the cheap, but more than half of the models offered have already gone out of stock since the sale started this morning, so it doesn’t pay to wait, and there are still options left that are worth checking out.
First, the fine print: Woot’s sale will extend through April 8, or until their Kindles sell out. Woot only ships to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. If you have Amazon Prime, you get free shipping; otherwise, it’ll be $6. All these Kindles are refurbished, so they might come with signs of wear, but they have all been tested and confirmed to work.
After running these Kindle e-readers through my usual price tracking tools, I can say these prices are lower than they’ve ever been on Amazon.
Here are the Kindles still available as of the time of this writing:
The 10th generation 32 GB 2019 Kindle Oasis is available for $149.99. For reference, while most Oasis models have long been out of stock on Amazon, a new international model with LTE goes for $349.99.
The 9th generation 32 GB Kindle Oasis is $99.99. Amazon no longer sells this version new, but used ones start at $144.93.
The 8GB Kindle Paperwhite 2018 version is $34.99. For reference, the latest Kindle Paperwhite will run you $149.99.
The 10th generation 4 GB 2019 Kindle is available for $29.99. For reference, a new 16 GB version on Amazon will run you $99.99.
The 4 GB Kindle Paperwhite 2015 version is $19.99. Amazon no longer sells this version so you’ll only be able to find it on sites like eBay, but I can tell you I’ve never seen it for $19.99 before. Update: The $19.99 models are all sold out.
