You may have already heard something about the new WHMCS prices for 2024. As one of the hosting management platforms used by Namecheap, when WHMCS changes its pricing, we also need to update our WHMCS license prices.
We understand how the new pricing may impact your business, so we’ve done everything possible to minimize the price increase for your hosting plan with us.
Here’s what Namecheap Hosting customers with WHMCS licenses can expect.
Shared Hosting
As WHMCS licenses are not available to Namecheap Shared Hosting customers, these plans remain unchanged by the pricing updates.
Reseller Hosting, VPS, and Dedicated Hosting
All Reseller, VPS, and Dedicated Hosting plan customers with WHMCS licenses will see an increase in their license price. These changes will come into effect on April 5, 2024, for license purchase with Reseller and VPS Hosting plans, and April 10 for license purchase with Dedicated Hosting plans, and all license renewals.

Please note that the changes to your plan will only be applied in the billing cycle that follows the pricing update. So let’s say your plan renews on April 8, and the pricing updates for all renewals begin on April 10. This means you will be charged at the new WHMCS pricing plans starting May 8.

All customers affected by the price changes will receive an email notification with detailed information on their hosting plan. We strive to offer complete transparency in what customers can expect to pay every month, and we want to be sure that any confusion is avoided.
Please remember to update your calendars, as the price changes will go into effect for WHMCS license customers in April 2024.
