The Logitech G Pro X Superlight Wireless Gaming Mouse, now down to $81.97 from $159.99, has a lot going for it—if you know what you’re getting into. First off, it’s incredibly light. At just 63 grams, it’s one of the lightest gaming mice out there, but unlike many ultra-light options that shrink to toy-like sizes, this one keeps a full-sized, five-button setup. You get two primary click panels, a clickable scroll wheel, and two side buttons, everything you need without going overboard. That said, while it starts out feeling comfortable in your hand, its low, flat design reportedly starts to feel less supportive during longer gaming sessions.
Logitech’s Hero 25K sensor powers the G Pro X Superlight, which basically means it’s fast, precise, and keeps up no matter how intense your gaming gets. You can store up to five profiles and switch between devices without having to redo your settings every time. If you need more profiles, Logitech’s G Hub app allows you to create and save them locally, but unless you set up a dedicated button to swap profiles, you’ll need the app to access them, notes this PCMag review. Plus, there’s a removable panel on its underside that stores the 2.4GHz wireless dongle—great news for anyone who’s constantly misplacing those tiny adapters.
The G Pro X Superlight offers a decent 70 hours of battery life—not mind-blowing, but enough to get you through a few solid gaming sessions. You can charge it using a wired connection or wirelessly. However, wireless charging only works with Logitech G’s Powerplay mousepad, currently priced at $92.99 (down from $119.99). It’s a convenient add-on but definitely on the pricey side. For those exploring alternatives, the Razer Viper Ultimate at $146.99 could be worth checking out.
