New and noteworthy apps: Zoom, Sunsama, and more

Zoom

Our Zoom integration has a new trigger and search action. With the New Meeting Ended trigger, you can automate your post-meeting tasks, so you don’t have to remember to follow up with the next steps or send that meeting recording. There’s also a new Find Meeting/Webinar search action to automatically fetch call details without interrupting your flow. Check out more ideas for automating Zoom to streamline your meetings.

Salesforce

Level up your sales processes with Salesforce’s latest updates. Now, you can automatically convert leads to contacts and search for child records (with line-item support) in your Zaps. We’ve also updated the Find Record(s) by Query search action, so you can create new records in the same step if one doesn’t already exist. 

BambooHR

Simplify onboarding processes as your team grows with BambooHR’s New Employee trigger. Automatically kick off welcome emails, add new hires to your training platforms, and update databases, so you can focus on giving your new teammates a warm welcome. Klaviyo

Klaviyo has eight new actions to help you drive more impact with less effort from your email campaigns. Now, your Zaps can search for lists, segments, and tags in Klaviyo. You can also create lists and add or remove tags from lists and segments to fine-tune your audience targeting. 

Shopify

With Shopify’s new Updated Inventory trigger, you can manage and communicate real-time inventory changes. Whenever stock levels change, your Zaps can automatically update your marketing channels, notify your team, or adjust your sales strategy. 

ClickUp

The wait is over: Our ClickUp integration now supports custom fields! You can automatically search, create, and update custom fields and values with four new actions. You can also search for all tasks that contain a specific custom field. Add these new actions to your Zaps and ramp up project efficiency today. Check out more ideas for automating ClickUp to streamline your task management.

HubSpot

Get ready for tailored customer relationship management (CRM) automation with two new HubSpot triggers and a new action. Need to automate processes that don’t use standard CRM fields? Now, it’s possible with our New Custom Object and New Custom Object Property Change triggers. There’s also a new Upload File action, so your team can automatically upload gated content like eBooks and keep your marketing machine humming.  

PDF4me

Spend less time editing documents with PDF4me’s new Find and Replace Text in PDF action. Add this action to your Zaps to automatically update contracts, fix report typos, or personalize proposals.

Podia

Podia has four new triggers and actions to help you scale your online business. You can now create new subscriptions, add users to a waitlist, and even trigger Zaps whenever someone is tagged or waitlisted. 

Ecwid by Lightspeed

Transform your store operations with Ecwid by Lightspeed’s latest updates. The new Upload Main Image action makes it easy to keep your product listings fresh. Order triggers now include fields for custom statuses and weight, and the New Customer trigger now has a consent filter for newsletters.
