Google Drive

Google Drive’s long-awaited Update File Name action is here! Use it to update file names after completing a project, rename documents with internal naming conventions, and keep your workspace organized.

Asana

Rejoice, Asana users: Now you can use task templates in Zaps with the Create Task from Template action. The new Task Moved to Section trigger is perfect for automating alerts, team updates, and other follow-ups. Explore more Asana automation ideas.

ChatGPT

ChatGPT’s update comes with two new actions: Create Transcription and Search Embeddings. Add these actions to your Zaps to automatically transcribe audio files or find the most relevant responses.

With Intercom’s new Create Ticket action, your Zaps can automatically turn customer conversations into support tickets.   

Notion

Dive deeper into your content with Notion’s new Retrieve Block Children search action. Access nested blocks within your pages and databases, such as checklists and project briefs. 

Pardot

With Pardot’s new Prospect Added to List trigger, there are even more opportunities to personalize your marketing at scale. Automate follow-ups, segment your audience, and keep your prospects engaged.

Pipedrive

Improve your sales efficiency with Pipedrive’s new action, Find Deals Associated with a Person. Now, it’s even easier for your Zaps to track and manage all deals linked to a specific contact.

QuickBooks Online

Automate your accounting even further with eight new QuickBooks Online features! Now, you can trigger Zaps from new deposits, credit memos, updated estimates, and updated invoices. There are also two new search actions: Get Attachments and Find Estimates. And finally, the new Send Estimates action is the cherry on top to help you keep your finances in check.

With Xero’s new Upload Attachment action, skip the manual uploads and automatically add receipts, invoices, and other documents to your transactions directly through Zapier.

Start with a clean slate with ClickUp’s newest actions. Now, you can archive or delete tasks directly through Zapier and keep your task list clean—until the next project.
