Blink is Amazon’s budget-friendly security camera brand, and right now it’s even cheaper, with up to 40% discounts on Blink security camera bundles. Depending on the setup you have at home and how many cameras you need, there might be something worthwhile for you to snatch up. I like Blink cameras because they offer the option to go subscription-free if you go with local storage, which isn’t common in the home security camera space. Here are my favorite picks from the sale.

The Blink Whole Home Bundle

The Blink Whole Home Bundle has everything for people who don’t yet have any Blink cameras, and right now it’s $131.97 (originally $199.97) after a 34% discount. It comes with the Blink Video Doorbell, a Blink Outdoor 4 camera, the new Blink Mini 2, and the Sync Module 2 for local storage. The new Blink Mini 2 also works as an outdoor camera if you get the Blink Weather Resistant Power Adapter, so you can essentially get two outdoor cameras if you prefer that. On top of that, the Sync Module 2 gives you local storage for your videos with a USB stick, meaning you don’t need to get the Blink subscription if you don’t want to. Just keep in mind that the Blink subscription offers some AI features that you might be interested in.

Blink Mini 2 + Weather Resistant Adapters

If you like the adaptability of the new Blink Mini 2, there’s a bundle selling two Blink Mini 2s with the Weather Resistant Adapters for $69.97 (originally $89.97). Each new Blink Mini 2 is normally $39.99, and each adapter is $9.99, so you’d be saving over $30 by getting the bundle. The regular power cable that comes with the Blink Mini 2 is not weather-resistant, even though the cameras are.

Blink Outdoor 4 Floodlight Camera

Most people with a backyard or a garage will appreciate a good floodlight camera. The 4th generation Blink Outdoor 4 Floodlight Camera has a 143-degree view angle, a 30-frame-per-second frame rate, 1080p HD video, two-way audio, and 700 lumens of light power. The battery lasts up to two years before needing to be recharged and has all the features of the older model with better motion-enhanced detection. You can get the Blink Outdoor 4 Floodlight Camera for $77.99 (originally $129.98), the lowest price yet according to price-checking tools.

Keep in mind that the Blink system is not compatible with Google or Appleā€™s smart home system. You will also need a Blink subscription to use all of the available features. The Blink subscription plan starts at $30 a year for the Blink Basic Plan. You can also get the Blink Plus Plan, which runs $100 a year with more features, the most important of which is having an unlimited number of devices hooked up to your account.
